We advertise monthly in Hi Fi World, Hi Fi News and Record Collector Magazines and are bound by the Advertiser's Code of Practice for the supply of goods mail order.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our secure Online Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Orders can also be accepted by Telephone/FAX (00 44 (0)1757 288652) or by post to Mantra Audio, Town End House, Main Street, Skipwith, Selby YO8 5SQ - UK using the Order Form.

When buying at the special offer exchange prices the exchange items may be returned within 7 days of receipt of the new items ordered. If the exchange items are not received within 14 days then we will contact you again to clarify your intentions with a view to charging the difference in price against your credit or debit card. We recommend that exchange items are returned to us with proof of postage.

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will make the conversion to GBP on the transaction date. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

An administration charge amounting to 10% of the total invoice value will be deducted on any refunds for goods returned at Mantra Audio's discretion.

Shipping And Handling Our prices include for postage, packing and insurance to UK delivery addresses. There is an additional charge up to £5 (Five GBP) on packages up to £50 (Fifty GBP) value to cover postage to mainland Europe and Worldwide, up to £15 (Fifteen GBP) on orders over £50 (Fifty GBP) for delivery to mainland Europe and up to £20 (Twenty GBP) depending on value for delivery to the US and worldwide to cover insurance. Postage, packing and insurance charges are calculated automatically and detailed on the online order form so you have the option to cancel the order before completing the transaction.

Delivery Schedule Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to UK and Europe destinations and up to 25 business days for delivery to worldwide destinations. We endeavour to despatch stock items by return post.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices detailed in our online catalogue are inclusive of UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5%. This applies to goods delivered to UK and EEC destinations. The prices for goods delivered to worldwide and non-EEC destinations are exclusive of UK VAT. This is calculated automatically when ordering from our online catalogue.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card details are encrypted in the software through our secure network service provider using 128 bit encryption. This information is only decrypted after receipt. Card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products carry full original equipment manufacturer's guarantees. Items received faulty and/or damaged should be returned either for refund and/or exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Remittance Terms We accept payment by UK GBP cheque drawn on a London clearing bank, GB Postal Order, Giro Bank Cheque, and major Credit and Debit Cards. If you are not paying by credit or debit card, please send your remittance with your order by post.
